Job Responsibilities:

  • Re-new a training system for retail and develop a training system for the office
  • Upgrade e-learning system and launch e-learning culture in the Company
  • Develop a training system for DC
  • Advance mentorship system
  • Develop Functional Expert culture in the retail and in the office
  • Support FO departments on their training needs
  • Lead external training budgeting and follow up on expenses
  • Know training market experts to provide extra expertise.
  • Development:
  • Standardise and launch assessment system in the Company
  • Implement assessment & development tools
  • Ensure MBO & MBC
  • Develop corporate culture
  • Train on corporate competency model and values
  • Support engagement process
  • Provide retail & CO with development trainings & master-class on leadership, responsibility and conscious management
  • Follow up on IDPs
  • Run talent & potential management programs, succession planning.

      • Requirements:

      • Higher education;
      • Min 5 years of managing experience in T&D function, with the large regional coverage (retail, FMCG, banking) company;
      • Strong training methodology, understanding of world training trends and best practices;
      • Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal communication skills;
      • Excellent ability to interact and persuade all levels of employees in the company, including senior management; leadership skills;
      • Strategic view, ability to plan and manage effectively;
      • English - good level of written & spoken English.
