Our client, the global service provider to the automotive and component supply industry, is looking for SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years in an industrial or automotive environment (VW Group, DAIMLER, BMW, AVTOVAZ-RENAULT-NISSAN etc. or service companies for automotive industry)
  • Several years of successfully selling services with a proven track record to automotive customers in Russia
  • English Upper-Intermediate
  • Engineering degree or degree in business administration with a high affinity to complex products
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, networking ability
  • A systematic approach to winning potential customers must be demonstrated
  • Readiness for business trips (up to 50%)
  • Self-motivated, team-player

      • Win and develop new customers
      • Manage existing accounts and permanently demonstrating presence in cooperation with Operations
      • Lead tender participation, calculation and offer processes
      • Support launch of new projects in cooperation with operations management
      • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
      • Create sales forecasting and reporting
