One of the largest international FMCG companies is looking for L&D Manager, who will help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs for a department.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs together with functions.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Evaluation of trainings' effectiveness.
  • Approval of course design's work specifications and organization of processes of course production.
  • Conducting benchmarking and research to identify best-in-class approaches.

      • Higher education.
      • Advanced level of English.
      • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
