Job Responsibilities:Create and execute learning strategies and programs for a department.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs together with functions.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Evaluation of trainings' effectiveness.
Approval of course design's work specifications and organization of processes of course production.
Conducting benchmarking and research to identify best-in-class approaches.
