Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate Quality Department projects
  • To determine criteria and methods required to ensure the effectiveness and improvement of processes (OpEx).
  • Monitoring and measurement, where it is possible, and analysis improvement processes
  • To lead of improvement projects
  • To ensure resource availability and information needed to maintain the projects and their monitoring. (Budgets and Resource Planning)
  • To take measures required to achieve planned results and continual improvement of processes. (Quality Projects & Innovation)
  • Track trends and new development directions in the field of quality, on the basis of information to suggest strategic opportunities.
  • Maintaining projects of Quality Department

      • Requirements:

      • Higher professional (biological, biotechnological, chemical, chemical technology, pharmaceutical or medical, technical) education
      • Experience in the field of medicines production or quality control for at least three years
      • Manager should know Rules of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
      • Skill to communicate and existence of skills of holding presentations, workshop, maintaining projects
      • Resistance to stress, multitasking
      • Knowledge of English at the intermediate level
      • Experience of participation in the Agile program and projects
