Job Responsibilities:

  • 1. Analytics and Reporting
  • Measure the performance and optimize digital marketing campaigns and platforms by setting KPIs and targets. End to end analytics
  • Stay tuned to new developments in digital marketing
  • Sales funnel analytics establishment and permanent improvement
  • 2. E-commerce
  • Strategy, sales funnel development, partnership projects
  • Define strategy & ecosystem
  • 3. Website management, optimization and permanent efficiency growth
  • Manage content input with
  • Manage the renewal of the websites and optimization of the user experience, ensuring benchmarking & best practices (both international and other markets\industry)
  • 4. Digital brand and product marketing
  • Support and develop digital brand and product marketing campaigns to maximize ROMI
  • Ensure maximum exposure and engagement across all digital communication channels
  • CPA campaigns – support brand marketing in the growth of the ROMI
  • 5. Digital content production cost efficiency and optimization (supporting Brand marketing)
  • Coordinate digital content production, cost optimization
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all digital communication channels
  • 6. Social Media management – efficiency, integration with the sales funnel & growth of ROMI (supporting Brand marketing)
  • Define and execute the social media strategy
  • 7. Agency Management and local market coordination
  • Manage and align multiple agencies to ensure project delivery on time and on budget
  • Liaise with local markets to ensure buy-in, active collaboration and success project delivery

      • Requirements:

      • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in E-commerce department or digital agency with proven track record of the successful projects and cases
      • Working written and spoken English.
      • Strong affinity with digital marketing
      • Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns, end-to end analytical reporting
      • Experience creating engaging digital brand and product content
      • Experience with website content management
      • Strong knowledge of web analytics
      • Experience managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, partners and agencies
      • Strong planning & organizational skills
      • Proven project management skills
      • Strong focus on problem solving, troubleshooting, solutions
      • Analytical, attention to details
      • Ability to handle stress (peaks in workload and frequent deadlines)
