Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of software to automate operational processes in the global support team, to accelerate the resolution of user incidents and to improve reporting systems;
  • Support for in-house software, solving problems in a stipulated time frame, improving existing software;
  • Writing technical documentation and maintaining it up to date;
  • Uninterrupted operation of systems in production use;

      • Basic Powershell
      • Upper-Intermediate English
