Be primarily responsible for company marketing strategy to strengthen the brand and its differentiation from competitors, drive consumer demand, and achieve profit and volume goals.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team (Marketing & Trade Marketing, Media & Communications) that builds strong relationships across the organization.
Analyze, review, recommend and build strategic and tactical changes to marketing operations that drive business profitability; initiate and implement effective marketing campaigns using trade marketing and digital tools.
Create a unique and defined from the competitors customer experience in our stores to increase customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver high quality traffic, attracting new and retaining existing customers for online and offline stores, by optimizing marketing strategies.
Develop media and PR campaigns and PR events to manage the image of the company. Manage advertising campaigns, relationships with media planning and media buying agencies, BTL agencies and digital media providers.
Establish effective working relationships with key suppliers; manage trade marketing function to increase promo campaigns effectiveness.
Co-lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and tracking and analysis of customer behavior.
Medical and life insurance
Minimum 10 years of overall business experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles in marketing, ideally within a company that also operates many retail stores
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in Sales, Category Management, E-Commerce, IT, Logistics, and other areas as appropriate
Strong ability to lead the whole team to meet consistently revenue, profit and growth targets
Ability to lead and function as a positive agent of change within the organization
Experience in development and promotion of new products
Deep understanding of retail customer shopping habits and interests
