Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the team of BMs and work in close collaboration with Global Marketing team to align strategies and manage its excellent execution on local market
  • Identify strategic opportunities and make recommendations to Global Marketing team
  • Analyse category trends, consumers and shoppers insights to identify gaps and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage commercialisation of NPD’s across CIS
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to maximize category performance and manage profitability
  • Lead STEP-1 within S&OP cycle
  • Build effective cross functional relationships as well as productive collaboration with global and regional stakeholders
  • Share business cases and best practices
  • Develop strong team

      • Requirements:

      • At least 6 years of Marketing experience in foreign FMCG environment, at least 3 of them in brand/category management role
      • Experience in Sales/ Customer Marketing + Head office IS A PLUS
      • Effective collaboration with head office
      • Strong planning and project management experience
      • Strong analytical profile
      • Portfolio strategy
      • Media planning
      • Promo execution
      • Full P&L responsibility
