organizes formation management and personnel development;
defines the main directions of personnel policy of accountable departments in accordance with the strategy of development of the enterprise and measures for its implementation;
controls recruitment, training and TM process of the employees;
adapts, implements and monitors compliance with corporate procedures and management standards; carries out development and implementation of programs to improve employee’s motivation, improve working conditions;
rationalize the organizational structure, strengthen the discipline of work;
defines directions of work on creation of favorable social and psychological climate in collective, creation of social guarantees;
monitors compliance with labor laws in dealing with personnel;
organizes research, both external and internal, based on the needs of the organization;
advises departments managers on all matters related to personnel management;
conducts salary review for employees of divisions in accordance with the resolution of the company's management and corporate rules;
prepares the yearly HR budget proposal and verify these budget plan for approval; implement and conduct activities according to the budget established; ensure cost saving;
take part in \ steer global and local admin and payroll related and cross-functional HR projects; translate HR administration and payroll strategy into actions and ensure their execution; learn new admin and payroll tools and techniques and implement them accordingly; propose changes in relevant HR policies and procedures for their optimization; ensure expatriate administrative support (working permits, registration, intercompany contracts).

Higher education degree;
At least min 5 years’ experience in international manufacturing company in the positions of HR Generalist;
Function specific knowledge: Solid understanding of all HR fields Expert knowledge of all relevant processes and tools within target function (Remuneration, shift system, legislation and related areas);
Human Resource Processes: Deep understanding of human resources processes that drive people performance, planning, remuneration, labour relations/legislation and location communication. Know how to steer local HR Organization including Service Centers (Payroll and HR administration);
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of relevant business models, products and industry;
Organizational Knowledge: Deep understanding of relevant structures of the local and central organization. Deep knowledge and understanding of local networks and target groups (blue/white collar);
English language skills (at least upper-intermediate level).
