Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops business plan for each customer account, subject to be reviewed by the supervisor
  • Plans how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets
  • Supports sales management and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
  • Manages all company interactions with assigned customers.
  • Handles all commercial negotiations with assigned customers.
  • Searches for new business opportunities, develops and executes a customer service plan to achieve sales profitability and growth.
  • Provides direction for company activities related to all new channels development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, trade shows, marketing communication, services development for customers and markets assigned.
  • Develops strong communication and planning linkages with the appropriate global sales force, other industry segments and production plants, to ensure accomplishment of business plans and customer sales objectives.
  • Participates in special projects/programs as assigned such as training, communication sessions

      • Higher education, mechanical is a plus
      • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial sales
      • Engineering background
      • Fluent English
