Develops business plan for each customer account, subject to be reviewed by the supervisor
Plans how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets
Supports sales management and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.
Manages all company interactions with assigned customers.
Handles all commercial negotiations with assigned customers.
Searches for new business opportunities, develops and executes a customer service plan to achieve sales profitability and growth.
Provides direction for company activities related to all new channels development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, trade shows, marketing communication, services development for customers and markets assigned.
Develops strong communication and planning linkages with the appropriate global sales force, other industry segments and production plants, to ensure accomplishment of business plans and customer sales objectives.
Participates in special projects/programs as assigned such as training, communication sessions
High salary level
Higher education, mechanical is a plus
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial sales
