UX Reserch Manager position opened within one of the largest international e-commerce company

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Senior UX Researcher is responsible to define the research objectives and formulate research proposals that are forwarded to the various product departments based on the different departmental needs.
  • At this capacity, the UX Researcher conducts various studies independently, by applying methods such as interview, field research, surveys, diary studies, and any other methods that he/ he deems impactful in the formulation of product approaches that derive deep insights about market trends and user needs.
  • In addition, the Senior UX Researcher analyzes and triangulates qualitative and quantitative data in order to generate strategic and tactical insights along with actionable recommendations that drive product and design strategies, improvements and innovation.
  • Also, the Senior UX Researcher leads the product design and product development departments in a hands-on manner through both small scale and large scale user experience researches upon request.
  • The Senior UX Researcher assists these departments in the analysis and interpretation of cognitive, behavioral, and physiological consumer data.

      • Requirements:

      • Master degree or higher in related field required, including Psychology, Sociology, Marketing Research, Statistics, Behavioral Science etc.
      • 5+ years employment with focused concentration on planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting market and user research studies
      • Ability to understand high-level business objectives and align projects to the needs of the business, while also translating business objectives into analytical tasks, including identifying the appropriate research techniques & business measurements
      • Strong in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
      • Experience in data analysis and mining using large datasets in a business environment
      • Proven communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to succinctly summarize key findings and effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
      • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently and meet deadlines.
      • Invent new methods and processes to make insights discovery faster and more efficient, including automation in Excel and other scripting languages
      • Fluent in spoken and written Russian & English
