The worldwide company (TOP-10 FMCG) is looking for eCommerce Digital Performance Manager
Lead eComm Digital strategy development that would cover aspects from Brands presence to eComm integration into Brands’ Digital Strategy & it’s performance. Synchronize local strategy with global guidelines.
Ensure strategy implementation, set & track KPIs, maximize performance and Sales Impact.
Ensure strategy implementation working with the analytics, digital team, Sales & agencies to continuously optimize for campaign objectives and KPIs in realtime, ensuring qualitative traffic to Consumer assets and eComm partners, aimed at converting to either data capture or sales and maximizing the ROAS
Understand and leverage retailer platform functionalities to deliver ROAS on Consumer media investment on the retailer platform. Partnering with eComm team to design sales led planning while activating eCommerce channel media
Defining A/B testing opportunities (audience segments, channel and content) and building into media & content briefs
Codify the learning/results from each campaign and use the evaluation to sharply define ways of working. Create capability/training sessions to upskill brand teams on eComm

Strong knowledge of eCommerce channel structure, processes and approaches.
Excellent Project Management Skills
Strong communicator with stakeholders, peers and Global team
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand, evaluate, shape and formalize Brand’s need into actionable project steps.
Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their challenges and information requirement
Cross-cultural sensitivity and working capability
Written & Spoken English Upper Intermediate at least
