Company:

An international company, which is producing the whole range of materials for horizontal road markings, is looking for Technical and Sales Representative in Saint-Petersburg

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact in relation to information and requests from customers
  • Develop sale through a proactive approach and secure the continued positive tendency
  • Mapping, evaluating, and identification of new regions and establishment of new agents/regional sales people, where considered relevant
  • Develop and present plans for business development regarding regions
  • Responsible for market intelligence and sharing of information
  • Conducting both company and customer training/test application (demonstrate application with gas burner), following the results and converting them into sales
  • Follow-up on sales activities and KPI’s
  • Secure optimal use of CRM
    • Work Environment:

      • Requirements:

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic, marketing or business development position or equivalent
      • Project management leadership experience
      • Deep understanding of marketing basics (segmentation/targeting/positioning etc.)
      • Experience in launching partner programs in different regions
      • Experience managing team members in remote locations, as well as building up teams in new geographies
      • High level of self management (ability and willingness to take any part of activities himself if necessary)
      • English Intermediate is a must
