Job Responsibilities:

  • People management. Leading the team, hire, develop and keep service technicians, follow up on performance and transparency. Organizing necessary trainings and motivation plans.
  • Lead Service, Planning and transportation efficiently. Maintain an 'excellent service' mentality within the team.
  • Prepare, Plan and Monitoring of all Rental Projects: People, including subcontractors, Travels, Spare Parts, Consumables, Accessories in cooperation with whole Rental team.
  • Fleet management. Plan and follow up on maintenance and repairs, inspections at customer sites, at depots. Fill Service & Fleet documentation accordingly.
  • Provide technical support (including phone consultations) to technicians (internal-external and foreign), sales team and customers. Resolves customer complaints, problems and issues. Visit customers where and when necessary.
  • Enter and track orders of equipment fleet, spare parts and tools. Ensure tools, proper documentation, clothes at Depots and at Sites.
  • Follow up on ISO documents regarding service. Follow SHEQ regulations and correct assignments regarding Depots, Service and Fleet.
  • Manage inventory with regard to due and proper use of tools & equipment from the workshop and service vans.
  • Manage inventory of the rental fleet and warehouse.
  • Close daily contact with Rental Europe Service team, participating in service events.

      • Educational and skills requirements
      • University degree – higher technical education.
      • Solid technical knowledge of the products and their applications.
      • Time management skills.
      • Project management skills.
      • Russian as native, English upper-intermediate.
      • Personality requirements
      • Structured, persistent, analytical, driven by long-term goals, balanced, attentive to people, details and new ideas, good communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
