Job Responsibilities:

  • Phoning, customer creation, customer pricing maintenance,
  • order entry, out-of-stock solving, credit/debit notes issuing, invoicing, logistic follow-up, cash collection;
  • Manage the following: entry of sales orders, out-of-stock solving and sending of invoices through the
  • different systems;
  • Provide support to the sales team through a good communication and positive interaction;
    • Work Environment:

    • Work in biggest multinational company
      • Requirements:

      • University degree;
      • 1+ of years of experience in a Customer Service department;
      • At least intermediate English;
      • MS Excel proficiency;
      • Strong communication skills;
      • Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines;
      • Customer focused and solution oriented;
      • SAP user;
