The worldwide leader in FMCG Industry is looking for Digital Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and implement digital strategy for brands portfolio
  • Create a digital annual plan for each brand integrated into brands’ BTL activations
  • Setting KPIs & deliverables for digital activities as well as for brand web-sites
  • Ideate & deliver digital consumer journey
  • Propose key media and digital creative partners & technologies to have effective digital performance
  • Lead digital media planning, budgeting and buying
  • Set up transparent reporting flow and dashboard to track campaigns performance & media plan execution across all channels
  • Work with marketing agencies at all stages of the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, from briefing to performance analysis. Quality control, deadlines, and compliance with company, brand and product category standards and guidelines.
  • Maintaining contracts with media agencies and agents involved in advertising campaigns, communication with internal services to coordinate documents.
  • Ensure lead generation flow to CRM data base
  • Orchestrate social media assets
  • Increase core digital KPIs across brands: ROMI; MAU for sites; SOV; CAC etc.
  • Deliver strong performance mechanics to support e-com platform with inbound traffic
  • User data base analysis (RFM analysis basics)

      • Digital technics knowledge
      • Google analytics experienced user (certified is an advantage)
      • Online direct marketing mechanics knowledge
      • Experience in SEO tactics; Paid media & Programmatic
      • Experience in omnichannel communication set up
      • Data management skills (CRM)
      • Russian market digital media landscape knowledge (Agencies; Platforms; core Players)
      • Experience in digital special projects (cross category collaborations)
      • Experience in e-mail marketing (communication flow and CB segmentation)
      • English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
      • Advanced PC user (Excel, Power Point, Word);
      • Strong planning and analytical skills; budget management; structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details;
      • Excellent coordination and communication skills, ability to work under time pressure;
      • Organized & responsible person with ability to learn quickly;
      • Excellent time management;
      • Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation, strong commitment & desire to grow within Trade Marketing function
      • University Degree
