A large international pharmaceutical company with a strong team is looking for a Product manager.
Drives brand №1 in Company performance in ensuring successful market penetration and leadership and dedicatedly builds Brand Strategy in function of the continuously changing environment to maximise brand potential;
Understands market to develop customer insights through efficient techniques/tools and initiates Market Research Programs to provide input into the business outcome;
Analyzes competitive dynamics and promotional activities efficiency through CLM statistic data, feedbacks from fields;
Presents business results vs. budget, market insights to Senior business leaders on monthly basis;
Planning and monitoring marketing budgets. Planning financial and logistic/production/supply chain based on forecasts and adjusting in response to developments;
Closely collaborates with Sales Force team for better understanding the needs and participates in developing inspiring trainings for their benefit;
Acts as brand champion to crafts enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers;
Develops programs to improve field selling efforts;
Builds and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand;
Identifies KOLs and develops fruitful partnership with them.

Proven experience with the multiple facets of branding pharmaceuticals;
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Rx marketing is the must;
Master’s Degree medicine/pharmacy/biology;
Organizational ability and flexibility to collaborate with internal and external function groups in realizing multiple priorities;
Resilient and able to perform in challenging environment;
Superior oral, written and presentation abilities to all levels of management;
Ability to learn on the fly;
Taking easy the routine work;
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills;
Fluent in English.
