An international company, fast-growing consumer electronics series A startup, is looking for a leader to the performance marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee paid digital acquisition channels including SEM, paid social, online video, Amazon ads, direct
  • You will be fully responsible for all the digital campaigns across all social platforms - Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc. Therefore, it is mandatory for you to have hands-on experience leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Ensure the optimal level of digital investment and partner/channel allocation within digital media
  • Own the funnel from top to bottom, targeting multiple segments
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Deliver performance metrics with key stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Recommend and execute optimizations on target lists, creative assets, and landing pages
  • Gather data/insights from each initiative and work with key stakeholders to streamline/optimize efforts accordingly

      • Requirements:

      • 3-5 years working in direct-to-consumer performance marketing at scale
      • Hands-on experience with leading successful digital marketing campigns by yourself
      • Significant experience in marketing through core digital channels such as PPC, paid social, direct, affiliates
      • Knowledge of Amazon PPC and AMS is highly preferred
      • Deeply analytical and data-driven;
      • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Yandex Metric and other analytical tools
      • Proficient with CPA, LTV, attribution models, and cohort analysis
      • Experience managing media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue, and key performance metrics
      • Proven experience leveraging data to greatly impact/enhance marketing performance and more efficiently buy media
      • Track record of driving exceptional campaign results; specifically driving revenue growth with e-commerce and mobile app, Previous experience in e-commerce
      • Fluent in English (International experience a BIG plus)
