Our client, research-based biopharmaceutical company, looking for Digital Manager.

  • Fulfils and optimizes platform, local omnichannel strategy in partnership with Marketing and Medical at different phases of product life cycle;
  • Strenghtens and supports the Brand Plan of Action by uniting commercial and medical digital strategy;
  • Assesses local digital transformation necessitties, controls budget for digital initiatives;
  • Localizes relevant worldwide content into local context and schedules content release & refresh cycle plans;
  • Co-develops and upholds local therapeutic area channels and contents;
  • Observes business performance and online environment with the aid of appropriate tools;
  • Accesses multichannel ROI and direct investments in new technologies;
  • Feeds data on traffic acquisition and customer insights to ICR Digital Analytics;
  • Develops networks with other Pharma Industry multichannel experts.


  • 5+ years of work experience;
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent;
  • Experience in pharma and/or CPG industry is preferable;
  • Well experienced in marketing strategy, multi-channel communications, brand planning, marketing operations, digital engagement, campaign/tactic execution/management, and performance analysis;
  • Solid experience in managing digital agencies, vendors, and cross function project teams;
  • Experience of the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process and work under the matrix organization;
  • Strong project management skills with track record of planning, organizing and executing campaigns and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
